***Refunds and Cancellations Policy***   

 ~~~Cancelling an order~~~      

Once an order is placed we begin packing it for shipping. If you need to cancel your order please notify us within 24 hours of placement, we will do our best to accommodate cancellation or change requests.   If you have a custom order that needs to be changed or cancelled please notify us within 24 hours of order placement.   Any requests after this time will only be fulfilled if we are able.  If your request to cancel the order cannot be done we will work with you to make any changes that we are able to.

 Our return policy is  15 days  from the date of delivery, more information below. While we use the utmost care and attention to packing and shipping your order, there might be the occasion something is damaged during shipping. If this is the case please notify us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to remedy the situation. Please contact us with any problems we want you to be satisfied with your order.  If there is something wrong with your product that makes it unusable for the intended purpose we offer a 15 day return policy from date of delivery. Custom orders are not valid for returns however if you are not satisfied please contact us and we will see what we can do. If you need to return an item please contact us via email ([email protected]) for packing and shipping instructions. Please note: buyer is responsible for return shipping and making sure the item is packaged to avoid damage during return. Once your item has been received by us and inspected a refund of the original purchase price minus any discounts or coupons will be returned via the same payment method used this is within 7-10 business days, but usually sooner.
